Tyler is exceptional at explaining the details of what is required of the furnace replacement, etc. He was able to escalate the the installation to two days and get me heat in just one day! Big thanks to Tyler, Joe and Courtney for helping me sort out the mess I got in today. After everyone’s help, contacting Zoeller (mfr of my back up sump pump) and my plumber, who very kindly came by to help me out….we found out that any sudden turning on of pressure to these sprinkler systems can cause the systems to basically explode…which in fact mine did!. It completely blew apart the base of the pump. My plumber reset my original sump pump for me so that I have a working pump….removed the broken pump and it is now in the trash! Have to figure out the rest. Battery or water pressure. Joe was so nice, he even helped me clean up the water all over the place. What a great guy! Thanks again you guys….had no idea what was happening and/or where to turn.
